In a time where adverse ideologies, politics and ecologies are bombarding us at a steadily increasing rate we are forced to reconsider our strategies for survival. So, what does it mean to be resilient in a time of great resistance? How do you survive the test of time? This show aims to highlight both the immediate and prolonged necessity for methods of adaptability. The site and exhibition within will function as a space for conversation, and a mechanism for sharing in a community driven environment.
All media/mediums will be considered for this show.
Please send images to email@example.com by November 20, 2017 at 9pm and include all of the above and the following: Name, graduation year, phone number.
We encourage all applicants to visit BridgeLab in person to get a better idea of the unique exhibition space we get to work with. BridgeLab’s architecture offers a lot of room for experimentation in hanging style while also presenting some limitations, some of which will be best understood by the creators themselves. That being said, we are open and excited to have a conversation with anyone applying about how to make their artwork possible for display in this space!
Curated by Lauren Stumpf MFA ’16 and Jessie Spiess Werner MFA ‘14.

ABOUT PAGE SPACE:
PAGE Space (the PNCA Alumni Gallery & Exhibition Space) was launched in Fall 2017 with the support of the PNCA Alumni Council. Housed within the BridgeLab Career Center, PAGE Space is a dedicated exhibition space for the PNCA Alumni community to show the work they continue to make once their time studying at PNCA has come to a close. PAGE Space is also a hub for the alumni community to connect with each other and with current PNCA students, faculty, and staff. PAGE Space is curated and managed by PNCA alumnae Lauren Stumpf MFA ’16 and Jessie Spiess Werner MFA ‘14.
