PNCA Admissions
What we look for:
Pacific Northwest College of Art welcomes applications from creative, disciplined and motivated students. Applications are required on an individual basis to determine whether the BFA or graduate program matches a prospective student’s educational and artistic goals. The admissions process is designed to identify prospective PNCA students who possess creative and technical skills, academic dedication, and the motivation and potential to be successful artists and designers.
When to Apply
For priority consideration and inclusion in PNCA’s competitive scholarship program, all admissions and financial aid application materials must be received by February 15.
We do not have a final deadline. However, we strongly recommend that applications for fall semester be received by August 1 and applications for spring be received by December 15. Also keep in mind that financial aid resources are limited, so applying earlier than these dates ensures that you are considered for as wide a range of financial aid options as possible.
PNCA is on a rolling admissions cycle for all BFA applicants and will continue to accept applications and continue to offer enrollment to qualified applicants until tuition deposits complete each class. Applications are reviewed only after all required materials have been submitted.
If you are interested in applying for admission and financial aid we strongly encourage you to complete the admissions application and the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) in a timely manner.
