Ellen Lesperance has exhibited her work widely in venues including The Brooklyn Museum; The Seattle Art Museum; Adams and Ollman Gallery, Portland, OR; Zieher Smith & Horton Gallery, New York; Ambach & Rice Gallery, Los Angeles; Josh Lilley Gallery, London; the Drawing Center, New York; Artists Space, New York; and various International art fairs. Her work has appeared in publications such as The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, Art in America, Tema Celeste, USArt, (An)Other, and Art Monthly. In 2014 she received an Art Matters and Pollock-Krasner Foundation Grant; in 2012, she was awarded a Hallie Ford Fellowship; in 2010 she received The Betty Bowen Award and was a MacDowell Colony Artist-in-Residence. She is represented by Ambach & Rice Gallery, Los Angeles and Adams & Ollman Gallery, Portland.
