PNCA students cultivate habits of the eye, the mind, and the hand through rigorous practice. They use the tools and concepts they learn in the classroom to actually make things. We call this “studio thinking” and it is central to a PNCA education.
The support of our growing community of donors helps make it possible for PNCA students to study and explore, to practice and make, and, ultimately, to become lifelong creative and critical thinkers.
Your gifts purchase equipment, books, and art supplies for our classrooms, provide critical funding for scholarships (last year alone, PNCA provided nearly $6 million in student scholarships), and support lectures and visiting artist programs that connect students to the world’s most important thinkers and makers.
