Get serious about your artistic talent and take your creative work and ideas to the next level in our fun and rigorous studio arts program. Join creative peers from across the United States for an exhilarating time of study and studio work at Pacific Northwest College of Art, an urban campus in the heart of Portland, Oregon. Study with professional artists and art educators, get new ideas about artistic practices, and build up your portfolio.

Week 1

8:30-9am: Orientation (Monday Only)
9am-Noon: Foundation
Noon-1pm: Lunch
1pm-2pm: College Bound Workshop
2pm-5pm: Studio

Week 2

9am-Noon: Foundation
Noon-1pm: Lunch
1pm-2pm: Portfolio Workshops/Open Studio
2pm-5pm: Studio

Week 3

9am-Noon: Studio
Noon-1pm: Lunch
1pm-2pm: Portfolio Documentation/Open Studio
2pm-5pm: Studio

Pre-College Studios are in the heart of Portland’s Pearl District, home to galleries, cafes and an array of interesting people and places.

Year Round Offerings

The Pre-College academic offerings include a rotating schedule of courses for students ages 14-18. Many of these selections are offered for one college credit and allow high school students become familiar with PNCA’s college instruction and atmosphere. Current classes.
