Show us your hands!

This last Saturday students in MaryEllen’s MiniMasters class worked on self portraits. They used chalk pastel to articulate shapes and add color. Using chalk pastel with students between the ages of 4 and 6 is always a fun and interesting experience. The pastel drawings always look amazing and the work created this Saturday was no exception. Pastel projects usually mean color everywhere; on the paper, on the tables, on little hands and little faces. We had quite a few students with hands completely covered in all colors of the rainbow.
