Elegant contemporary spaces for your event

At PNCA Events, we generate connections with innovative communities in Portland and beyond to produce unique and memorable events and to create opportunities for student involvement and the exhibition of student artwork, so as to further the mission of the College.

Availability

PNCA can accommodate third party events mid-June through late-July, mid-August, and select Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays mid-September through mid-November, and, mid-December through mid-April. Please email events@pnca.edu with questions.

Ann Payne Edlen Creative Corridor

The Historic Hallway provides a grand entrance for your event and can be used as a reception or a lounge venue.

capacity: 50 (standing)

cost: $1,000 for 8 Hour event / $500 for 4 Hour event

Atrium

The skylit atrium has been the site of dynamic receptions, celebrations, networking events, seated dinners, pop-up galleries, and conferences.

capacity: 200 (standing), 175 (seated)

Shipley/ Collins Mediatheque

The Mediatheque has hosted dance parties, artist panels, presentations, keynote speakers, theater & dance performances, multimedia installations, and film screenings.

The Basic Mediatheque Package includes microphones, laptop connection, projector, screen, and podium ($150).

Add-on features available: Live-stream Video Capture, Extra microphones, Specialty Lights, and A/V Technician(s).

capacity: 200 (standing), 160 (seated)

cost: $4,000 for 8 Hour event / $2,000 for 4 Hour event

Classrooms & Meeting Rooms

Great for off-site meetings, professional retreats, continuing education, and workshops.

capacity: 15 to 40

cost: $200 – $500 for 8 Hour event / $100 – $250 for 4 Hour event
