Welcome to the Office of the Registrar. We're here to help you with registering for classes, enrollment verification, academic advising in collaboration with program advisors, transfer credit audits, graduation tracking, and transcript requests.


Request Transcripts


PNCA now uses Parchment Exchange as a trusted third party provider for ordering official transcripts.

Transcripts are $5.00 each with various options for delivery with additional fees.

The benefits of using Parchment Exchange include:

  • Online payment available with any major credit card
  • Automatic order updates via email
  • Online order tracking

Students and alumni can order transcripts through the Parchment/PNCA website.

You will be asked to create an account the first time you use this service.

Electronic Transcript Delivery

Sending your transcript electronically is the most expedient option. An electronic version of your transcript can be sent to any email address in the world, and is available for download immediately once sent, when the recipient agrees to accept online transcripts. Patented technology ensures that the PDF sent is the PDF that is delivered; Blue Ribbon certification ensures document integrity.

Paper Transcript Delivery/Mailing Options

Paper transcripts are normally mailed via regular 1st class United States Postal Service unless expedited delivery via FedEx is requested.

Hold for Grades/Degree

Please be sure to select "Hold for Grades" if you are waiting for final grade to be posted. If "Hold for Grades" is not selected, current transcripts will be sent for all orders.

If you are waiting for your Degree to be posted, please be sure to select "Hold for Degree". If "Hold for Degree" is not selected, current transcripts will be sent for all orders.

OCAC Alumni

PNCA has entered into an agreement to serve as the custodian of OCAC’s student and alumni records.

OCAC alumni will be able to order transcripts of their OCAC academic history through Parchment transcript services: https://www.parchment.com/u/re... In addition, OCAC Alumni have launched the new OCAC Alumni Alliance. Find them at https://www.ocacalumni.org/


Transcripts will not be released if there is a financial hold on your account. If you have a financial hold, please contact the Student Accounts office at: student-accounts@willamette.edu or call 503.821.8974


If you have taken non-credit classes in the Continuing Education Program, please note that these will not appear on a transcript.
