Making Payments

In the Student Accounts Office, we offer many options for making payments on your student account including a payment plan.

Ways to Pay

In person

Student Accounts is located in the Business Office in room 262, on the second floor of the PNCA 511 NW Broadway building.

Here payments can be made by:
Check/Money Order/Online ACH (available August 27, 2018 with no fee)
Make check/money orders payable to: PNCA

Please be sure to include the following information:
Student’s full name
Student’s PNCA ID number
Bank account information (for online ACH/EFT payments)
Account holder address (for online ACH/EFT payments)

Credit/Debit card online or over the phone

Online ACH (available August 27, 2018 with no fee). Phone 503.821.8974 to make a payment over the phone.

Beginning July 31, 2017, a 2.65% service fee will be charged at the time of transaction.

Wire transfer

Wire arrangements can be made for international payment transfers.

Set up a payment plan

To set up a payment plan for current semester tuition, five installment deferment plan available with a $30 set-up fee and no interest charged.

August 19, 2019
September 30 2019
October 31, 2019
November 30, 2019
December 20, 2019

Fall 2019 Semester Tuition is due on August 19, 2019.
