Making Payments

In the Student Accounts Office, we offer many options for making payments on your student account including a payment plan.

Ways to Pay

Cash, Check or Money Order:

Student Accounts is located in the Business Office in room 261, on the second floor of the PNCA 511 NW Broadway building.

Check or Money Orders:

Made Payable to: PNCA
Please be sure to include the following information:

Student’s full name
Student’s PNCA ID number

*2.65% service fee will be charged

Wire transfer:
Wire arrangements can be made for international payment transfers.

Payment Plan:
Request before semester starts by contacting student accounts at studentaccounts@pnca.edu. Once approved, a payment plan agreement and schedule will be sent to the student for acceptance. The semester balance is payable in 5 installments. There is a $30 set-up fee and no interest charged.
