Sharita Towne is Watershed Artist-in-Residence, Spring 2018
We are thrilled to announce our Watershed Artist-in-Residence for Spring 2018: Sharita Towne! Sharita is a socially-engaged artist whose interests lie in unpacking the inherited struggles of past burdens and in affording collective catharsis. Sharita works with printmaking, photography, video and also engages in many collaborative and community art projects. Sharita will work closely with our students in the Watershed publishing and research course over the next semester to produce a new body of work. More at sharitatowne.com.
