PNCA will Join Willamette as an Independent College within the University

Sept. 17, 2020—Willamette University and Pacific Northwest College of Art (PNCA) announced today that they have entered into an agreement for the Northwest’s oldest professional school of art and design to become an integral part of the region’s premier liberal arts university.

Lane Community College and Pacific Northwest College of Art have signed a transfer agreement for LCC art students to enter PNCA as a junior, saving up to two years’ worth of tuition costs.

Portland, OR – March 2, 2020 – Pacific Northwest College of Art (PNCA) is proud to announce that in addition to its inclusion on the recent list of U.S. colleges and universities that produced the most 2019-2020 Fulbright U.S. Students, the college has also been ranked on GradReports’ 2020 list of the country’s top MFA programs.

Portland, OR – February 17, 2020 – The Center for Contemporary Art & Culture at Pacific Northwest College of Art (PNCA) is pleased to present The Unknown Artist, a multi-event exhibition from curator and artist Lucy Cotter that stages a dialogue around obsolescence, the relative value of making, and its entanglement with artistic authorship and visibility. The exhibition opens on March 5 and runs through April 18, 2020.
